Special Train for Holi Festival
There is only a few days left for Holi, and people are preparing to return to their homes. In view of the expected rush of passengers during the upcoming Holi festival, the Varanasi Railway Administration will run a special train, 05115/05116 Chapra-Anand Vihar Terminal-Chapra Holi Special.
Details of the Special Train
According to Varanasi Railway Mandal’s Public Relations Officer Ashok Kumar, the train will run on March 20th and 27th, 2024 from Chapra and on March 21st and 28th, 2024 from Anand Vihar Terminal. Passengers traveling from Delhi to Chapra can directly board this train.
Convenience for Passengers
The special train will consist of 22 coaches, including a generator car, three general second class coaches, six sleeper class coaches, eight air-conditioned third tier coaches, two air-conditioned second tier coaches, one air-conditioned first-class cum second tier coach, and one LSLRD coach. This decision to run the special train has been taken to ensure the convenience of passengers during the Holi festival rush.
