Train movement disrupted due to broken railway track
The rail track near the eastern cabin of Akbarnagar, Bhagalpur Sultanaganj Rail Section has been disrupted due to the breaking of the railway track. As soon as the news of the track breaking came, the railway administration took immediate action and closed the route. Railway officials arrived at the scene and train operations on the track were halted for about an hour. After repairing the broken railway track, train operations resumed.
Inspection reveals broken railway track
During the inspection, a broken railway track was found near the eastern cabin of Akbarnagar. Railway workers were inspecting the track on Tuesday morning. They immediately informed the station manager about the broken track. The station manager informed the Malda Division and train operations were stopped.
Accident in Jehanabad, Bihar
Three students were injured in a road accident while on their way to appear for the intermediate examination. Two laborers died after being hit by a train. It was reported that the Bhagalpur-Danapur Intercity Express train had derailed near Nathnagar. After receiving the information, the Intercity Express train was quickly stopped at Akbarnagar’s outer signal. Fortunately, the Intercity Express train was stopped on time, otherwise it would have passed over the broken track, potentially causing an accident.
भागलपुर सुलतानगंज रेल खंड के अकबरनगर में रेल पटरी टूटने के कारण ट्रेनों की आवाजाही रोक दी गयी है। रेल प्रशासन ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए इस मार्ग को बंद कर दिया है। टूटी रेल पटरी को दुरुस्त करने के बाद ट्रेन परिचालन शुरू किया गया। सड़क हादसे में तीन छात्रों के घायल होने और दो मजदूरों की मौत की घटना भी इंटरसिटी एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन को रोकने की वजह बनी। इसके बिना ट्रेन को टूटी पटरी से ही गुजरना पड़ता जिससे कोई भी दुर्घटना हो सकती थी।
