Tata Steel has invited applications for various positions at different locations. The special feature of these recruitments is that applications have been invited from transgender candidates for these positions. Tata Steel management has taken a step towards writing a new chapter in the field of recruitment, leaving behind conservative thoughts. Tata Steel believes that this will help create an inclusive environment. According to the management, Tata Steel recognizes the importance of bringing transgender individuals into the mainstream society. Therefore, applications have been invited from transgender candidates for recruitment in various units.
The last date to apply is February 15th. After shortlisting, candidates will have to go through the selection process. Depending on the requirement of the positions, candidates may have to take a written exam or an interview before the recruitment.
Regarding the educational qualification, Tata Steel has stated that candidates who have completed their matriculation in English or have done a course from an industrial training institute (ITI) are eligible to apply for the relevant positions. Additionally, candidates who have a diploma in engineering or a degree in B.E./B.Tech in any subject from an institution recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or the University Grants Commission (UGC) can also apply for recruitment in Tata Steel.
टाटा स्टील ने अलग-अलग लोकेशंस पर नौकरी के लिए ट्रांसजेंडर उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन मंगाए हैं। यह नया फैसला टाटा स्टील के प्रबंधन द्वारा लिया गया है और इससे समावेशी माहौल बनाने में मदद मिलेगी। इसके लिए टाटा स्टील ने 15 फरवरी तक आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख निर्धारित की है। टाटा स्टील ने योग्यता के बारे में भी बताया है कि मैट्रिकुलेशन या औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान से कोर्स करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के साथ-साथ विषय में स्नातक या अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद या विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था में इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या बीई/बीटेक में डिग्री हासिल करने वाले उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
