Inspection of School Buses in Gopalganj District
The transportation department in Gopalganj district conducted an inspection of all school buses in accordance with the directions of the district magistrate. Reason for Inspection
The inspection was prompted by the presence of an overbridge near Banjari Mode on NH-27. This location has been a cause for concern as it poses a potential risk for accidents. The inspection aimed to ensure that the school buses operating in the area were following all safety regulations and taking necessary precautions to protect the children.

These violations included the absence of necessary documents and equipment such as fitness certificates, driver licenses, seat belts, first aid kits, CCTV cameras, and fire extinguishing devices. गोपालगंज जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर परिवहन विभाग ने जिले के सभी स्कूल बसों की जांच की। इस जांच में पाया गया कि कई स्कूल बसों में नियमों का पालन नहीं किया जा रहा है। इनमें बसों का फिटनेस प्रमाणपत्र नहीं होना, चालक का लाइसेंस नहीं होना, सीट बेल्ट न होना, फर्स्ट एड बॉक्स न होना, सीसीटीवी कैमरे न होना, आग बुझाने के यंत्र न होना, बच्चों की संख्या अधिक होना आदि शामिल हैं।
