In a letter issued by the Chief Engineer of East Central Railway, it was announced that the Satyagraha Express, numbered 15273 from Raxaul to Anand Vihar, will remain canceled from September 6th to September 12th on Wednesdays. Train number 15274 will be canceled from September 7th to September 13th on Thursdays.
The Superfast Saptakranti Express, numbered 12557, will run on a diverted route from September 6th to September 11th, and train number 12558 will be diverted from September 5th to September 10th. The railway is operating these trains via Chhapra.

Railway sources have stated that the cancellation and diversion of these trains is due to the ongoing work of remodeling and commissioning of the third line in Gorakhpur Cantt.
