Accident in Vaishali
In the Chiknauta petrol pump area of the Baligaon police station area in Vaishali district, a rice-laden truck lost control and overturned on the highway, falling into a 15-foot deep pit on the roadside. The truck driver was seriously injured in the incident. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Baligaon police station team reached the spot and took the driver out of the truck, admitting him to a local nursing home for treatment, from where he was referred to Samastipur for further treatment. The police are vigilant at the scene after the incident. The injured driver has been identified as Mo. Ishub, son of Mo. Jafar, a resident of the Rivada village in the Anupshahr police station area of Bulandshahr district, Uttar Pradesh.
Details of the Incident
According to information, the truck driver Mo. Ishub was carrying rice for a company from Sonipat to Begusarai. During this time, on Saturday morning, on the Muzaffarpur-Tajpur highway, near the Chiknauta intersection and the petrol pump, the truck lost control and overturned into a deep pit. After the incident, chaos ensued at the scene. People gathered at the scene informed the Baligaon police station about the incident. Upon receiving the information, the Assistant Police Superintendent C.B. Sinha reached the spot with a police team. The trapped driver in the truck was then taken out and rushed to the hospital for treatment.
