Training Program Related to Elections in Jehanabad
In Jehanabad, a two-day training program related to elections was organized for the Indian Administrative Service (2023) batch of 11 probationary officers. The officers were welcomed at the District Guest House and introduced to the General Observer Gopalkrishnan and Election Police Observer Dharmendra Sharma in the meeting room.
Training Sessions and Information
The District Election Officer informed the probationary officers about various aspects related to the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections in 2024, including the functioning of control rooms, voter helplines, expenditure monitoring call centers, and police control rooms. The officers were also given information about Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVT) and Voter Slip Tracking (VST) systems.
Second Day of Training Program
The training program for the probationary officers of the Indian Administrative Service (2023) batch in Jehanabad district was scheduled for two days. On the second day, the officers received training on the operation of the District Control Room and Voter Helpline 1950, along with information on how voters can register complaints through the helpline.
Short of Training Program
At the end of the training program, the probationary officers were presented with mementos and a vote of thanks was given by the District Election Officer and officials. The training aimed to equip the officers with the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles in the upcoming elections.
जहानाबाद में निर्वाचन से संबंधित दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (2023) बैच के 11 परीक्ष्यमान पदाधिकारियों को जिला अतिथि गृह में स्वागत किया गया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उन्हें जिला संयुक्त नियंत्रण कक्ष, VVT और VST कोषांग, सामग्री प्रबंधन कोषांग एवं एकल खिड़की से संबंधित जानकारी दी गई। अंत में उन्हें स्मृतिचिन्ह भी भेंट किया गया।
