Tragic Incident in Nalanda
In Nalanda, a heavy rain accompanied by lightning caused the death of two people. The incident occurred in the Chandi and Nagarnausa police station areas. Among the deceased is also a teenager who lost his life. The situation worsened as a severe thunderstorm hit the region.
Incident Details
In the Pranachak village of the Chandi police station area, 48-year-old Brijn Jamadar was working in the fields when he was struck by lightning. On the other hand, in the Moniyampur village of the Nagarnausa police station area, 12-year-old Indrajit Kumar was bathing in the rain when tragedy struck.
Survivor’s Tale
In the Ghosravan village of the Pava Puri police station area, 30-year-old Guddu Singh also faced the wrath of lightning but fortunately survived. He was immediately admitted to the Pava Puri Medical College for treatment.
Police Action and Investigation
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police swiftly took control of the bodies and sent them to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The Chandi and Nagarnausa police station heads have initiated legal proceedings by filing a case in this regard.
नालंदा में बुधवार शाम बारिश हुई थी, जिसके कारण वज्रपात के दौरान चंडी और नगरनौसा थाना क्षेत्रों में दो लोगों की मौत हो गई। चंडी थाना क्षेत्र में बृजन जमादार और नगरनौसा थाना क्षेत्र में इंद्रजीत कुमार की मौत हुई। दूसरी ओर, पावापुरी थाना क्षेत्र में गुड्डू सिंह को भी वज्रपात की चपेट में आने से बच गई। यूडी केस के तहत पुलिस ने शवों को कब्जे में लेकर देर शाम पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए बिहार शरीफ सदर अस्पताल भेज दिया है। चंडी और नगरनौसा थानाध्यक्षों ने बताया कि यूडी केस की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है।
