Central Minister Giriraj Singh Takes Charge of Department
After assuming office as the Minister of Textiles, Giriraj Singh arrived in Patna for the first time on Saturday. Officials welcomed him upon his arrival. As soon as he reached Patna, Giriraj Singh started a meeting with officials at the guest house. The meeting included the Central Secretary. He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appointed 8 ministers for the development of Bihar. People of Bihar have shown their support by putting them in wheelchairs, which is now being acknowledged.
Focus on Development in Textile Department
Giriraj Singh emphasized that the health and agriculture sectors have the highest budget after textiles. There are immense possibilities in this department. He will work with officials to explore these possibilities and focus on development. Any issues faced by weavers will be addressed with strength. Whatever is needed for their development will be done.
Congress Targeted by Giriraj Singh
Taking a dig at the Congress, Giriraj Singh mentioned that Rahul Gandhi has tried to defeat the BJP three times but failed. The public did not even allow Congress to cross 99 seats. Those who cannot achieve 99 seats themselves, what advice can they give to others? The BJP has won so many seats that even the entire coalition could not match. Regarding the NEET exam scam, Giriraj Singh praised Dharmendra Pradhan for exposing the corruption to the whole country.
