Family Background and Roots

Abhishek Chauhan comes from an educated family background which played a key role in his success. He is originally a resident of Raja Jan village located in the Mohiuddinagar block of Samastipur district.

  • Father: Prof. Abhay Kumar Singh, who is a professor at BRA Bihar University. Currently, he serves as the Registrar at Nalanda Open University.
  • Mother: Anuradha Rajput, who is a homemaker.

His father’s academic background provided a strong foundation for Abhishek’s preparations. The news of his selection was received with great joy by his parents and neighbors in the village.

Education and Early Schooling

Abhishek’s educational journey started with a strong focus on discipline. He completed his early schooling and passed his 10th-grade examination from Ramakrishna Mission, Purulia. For his higher secondary education (12th grade), he attended Guru Vashishtha School in Hajipur.
