Remembering Amar Shahid Vajra Bihari Prasad
On the 26th death anniversary of former Bihar minister Amar Shahid Vajra Bihari Prasad, a Vaishya Mahasabha was organized at the Public Library in Supaul. Representatives from various sub-castes of the Vaishya community participated in the event. The lack of unity among the Vaishya community has been exploited by various political parties for their benefit.
Efforts Towards Unity
Since 2020, efforts have been made to unite the Vaishya community in the district, aiming to empower them to raise their voice against feudal powers that manipulate their votes. The late leader Brij Bihari Prasad fought against feudal powers for a long time, which made the ruling elite fearful of his increasing popularity. He was brutally murdered on June 13, 1998, at IGMS.
Unity Among Vaishya Community
The event organized in memory of Amar Shahid Vajra Bihari Prasad aimed to unite the Vaishya community. Nand Kumar Chaudhary, Bhagwan Chaudhary, Triveni, Mahendra Sah, Manoranjan, Vijay Sah, and others were present at the event. The program served as a platform to bring the community together and honor the legacy of the late leader.
बिहार सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री अमर शहीद वज्र बिहारी प्रसाद की 26वीं पुण्यतिथि पर सुपौल के पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी में वैश्य महासभा का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें वैश्य समाज के विभिन्न उपजातियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया। जानकारी देते हुए वैश्य समाज के जिला अध्यक्ष ने इसका फायदा विभिन्न राजनैतिक पार्टियों उठा रहे हैं। साल 2020 से जिलेभर में घूम घूम कर वैश्य समाज के लोगों को एक सूत्र में बांधने का कार्य कर रहे हैं। इस मौके पर नंद कुमार चौधरी, भगवान चौधरी, त्रिवेणी, महेन्द्र साह, मनोरंजन, विजय साह समेत अन्य लोग मौजूद थे।
