Support for Congress Candidate Madan Mohan Tiwari
The leader of the opposition, Tejashwi Yadav, and VIP supremo Mukesh Sahni reached Banakatwa in the West Champaran Lok Sabha constituency to address an election rally in support of Congress candidate Madan Mohan Tiwari on May 23. Chaos broke out during this event, with several chairs breaking and many people getting injured. Two people were sent home after receiving treatment, and a video of chairs breaking at the rally is going viral on social media.
Promises Made During the Rally
Tejashwi Yadav began his speech in Bhojpuri by joking about marriage and job promises. He said, “We are the ones who provide jobs to people who want to get married. If we give you a job, then your marriage will be successful.” He also took a dig at PM Modi, warning that if the NDA sends people with swords in their hands to create riots, they will end up in jail, leaving their families to fend for themselves.
Addressing the Flood Issue
Every year, the region near the India-Nepal border, where this constituency is located, is affected by floods. Tejashwi promised that if his government is formed, he will work to alleviate this pain and suffering. He also mentioned that before Raksha Bandhan, one lakh rupees will be deposited into the accounts of his sisters every year if his government comes to power.
पश्चिमी चंपारण लोकसभा क्षेत्र के बनकटवा ने कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार मदन मोहन तिवारी के समर्थन में चुनावी जन सभा को संबोधित करने के लिए नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव और वीआईपी सुप्रीमो मुकेश सहनी सड़क मार्ग से 23 मई गुरुवार को पहुंचे, दोनों नेताओं को सुनने के. इस दौरान भगदड़ मच गई, जिसमें दर्जनों कुर्सियां टूट गई और कई लोगों को चोट भी लगी। जिसमें दो लोगों को इलाज के बाद घर भेज दिया गया, सभा में कुर्सी टूटने का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर काफी तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। नौकरी देने का किया वादाचुनावी जनसभा को संबोधित करने जन तेजस्वी यादव मंच पर पहुंचे तो उन्हों ने भोजपुरी में अपने भाषण का शुरुआत किया, इस दौरान उन्हों ने कहा कि बियाह करे के बा सभा मे कितने लोग के है। जिसको ब्याह करना है, हम लोग नौकरी देने वाले है। तब न अच्छा से ब्याह होई।पीएम मोदी पर तंज कसते हुए कहाँ एनडीए वाले तो आपके हाथ में तलवार थमा कर दंगा फसाद करने के लिए भेज देंगे, उसके बाद आप जेल चले जायेगा। फिर आपके परिवार को कौन देखेगा, हम कलम देने का काम करते है। नौकरी होगी तो अच्छे घर में आपकी शादी होगी।बाढ़ की समस्या को करेंगे दूरभारत नेपाल सीमा पर बसा यह प्रखंड हर वर्ष बाढ़ से प्रभावित होता है, अगर मेरी सरकार बनी तो इस दुख दर्द को दूर कर देंगे। तेजस्वी ने कहा कि अगर मेरी सरकार बनी तो रक्षा बंधन से पहले मेरी बहनों के खाते में खटा खट, खटा खट, खटा खट एक लाख रुपए हर वर्ष चले जायेंगे।
