Bihar Weather Forecast: The weather in Patna and its surrounding areas is expected to change in the next 24 hours with a possibility of light to moderate rain. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert as strong gusty winds are flowing in the state. A western disturbance is developing, which will have an impact for the next three to four days. There are chances of rain in several parts of Bihar. The weather in Patna city has seen a change due to the western disturbance, while most districts remained dry on Saturday. The maximum temperature in Patna was recorded at 24.9 degrees Celsius, three degrees higher than normal, while the minimum temperature also increased to 12.2 degrees Celsius. The weather department has issued an alert for Patna and several other districts regarding the thunderstorm. According to the report from the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain in Bhagalpur and its surrounding areas. During this time, there is a chance of light clouds in the sky, light fog in the morning, and sunshine during the day. Western winds are likely to blow during this period. Farmers are advised to irrigate their crops, especially wheat and vegetables, as per their requirements. Urea should be applied to wheat crops. Mustard crops should be inspected as the weather is conducive for the attack of pests. In Gopalganj and its surrounding areas, the weather is also continuously changing. Cool winds have been blowing since Friday night with moisture. On Saturday, between the strong wind and bright sunshine, leaves falling from trees resembled an autumn-like situation. The sky remained clear without any fog. The temperature kept increasing as the day progressed. Leaves started falling from trees as the wind blew in the morning. The weather scientist Dr. S.N. Pandey explained that due to the influence of a western disturbance, there is a possibility of scattered rainfall and light showers in some places in North Bihar. Sunday and Monday are expected to see more chances of scattered rainfall. After that, the weather is set to completely change into spring.
