MP and Chhattisgarh will have bad weather for five days
According to the weather department, the weather will be bad in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh from 3rd to 8th January. During this time, both states will experience scattered showers. The weather department has also expressed the possibility of hailstorms in some parts of both states. There is a possibility of hailstorms in Gwalior, Sagar, Chambal, Ujjain, Rewa, Shahdol, and Bhopal regions of MP. The good news is that with the rain, the temperature will increase, providing relief from the cold, but later the cold will increase due to increased humidity.
Alert for rainfall in Jharkhand too
The weather department has also issued a warning for two days of bad weather in Jharkhand. According to the weather department, there will be scattered light rainfall in most parts of Jharkhand from 3rd to 5th January. However, some parts of the state may also witness fog during the morning hours. Although the relief is that due to rain and a new weather system, there may be a 2 to 4 degree Celsius increase in the minimum temperature of the state. However, later the cold will increase.
Alert for dense fog in these areas
According to the weather department, on 3rd and 4th January, some parts of Rajasthan and on 3rd January, some parts of North Madhya Pradesh may witness very dense fog during the morning hours. Not only this, on 4th January, dense fog can also be seen in some parts of Madhya Pradesh. On 5th January, dense fog will be observed in Rajasthan. The bulletin issued by the IMD says that there is a possibility of very dense fog in some parts of Punjab and Haryana from 2nd to 5th January.
