A woman residing in Takiya has accused the Danapur Police of harassing her. She had gone to the police station with her husband’s complaint but did not receive any response even after waiting for hours. Feeling helpless, she sought help from the IG. After which the station in-charge received her application.

The victim claims that her husband, Dharmesh Agrawal, often physically abuses and harasses her. A few days ago, he took her to Ahmedabad on the pretext of taking her to her in-laws’ place and even physically abused her there. He also tried to snatch her child, but somehow she managed to escape and return to her parents’ home in Patna. However, her husband arrived at her house on Tuesday and started beating her again.
Seeking assistance from higher authorities
After the incident, the victim called the Danapur Police station but did not receive any help. She then called the police on 112 for assistance. After a while, she went to the police station with a written complaint. She also contacted the SP’s office on Wednesday and lodged a complaint against the Danapur Police for harassing her. Despite filing a complaint at the station, her husband continued to send threatening messages on WhatsApp.

दानापुर पुलिस पर एक महिला ने परेशान करने का आरोप लगाया है। तकियापर निवासी महिला का आरोप है कि पति की शिकायत लेकर थाने पहुंची थी, लेकिन कोई रिस्पॉन्स नहीं मिला। थक हारकर आईजी से मदद की गुहार लगाई। पीड़िता का कहना है कि पति धर्मेश अग्रवाल मेरे साथ अक्सर मारपीट और प्रताड़ित करते हैं। उसने बताया कि पुलिस उसके पति से मिले हुए हैं और थाने में आवेदन देने के बावजूद भी पति व्हाट्सएप पर धमकी भरा मैसेज भेज रहा है। एसपी से की शिकायतबुधवार को पीड़िता एसपी दफ्तर पहुंचकर शिकायत की।
