A woman and her newborn baby died after childbirth in a private hospital in Gopalganj. The hospital had also charged them Rs 50,000. The family accused the doctor of negligence and created a ruckus. The accused doctor managed to escape. The police were informed about the incident and they calmed down the angry mob. The deceased woman was identified as Subhanti Devi, wife of Virendra Prasad from Rupan Chhap Gaon in the Barauli police station area. She was taken to the private hospital from Sadar Hospital. The incident took place near the Hospital Mode in the Nagar Thana area.
गोपालगंज के एक निजी अस्पताल में प्रसव के बाद एक महिला और उनके नवजात बच्चे की मौत हो गई। इसके अलावा, अस्पताल ने 50 हजार रुपए भी लिए थे। परिजनों ने डॉक्टर पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया और हंगामा किया। आरोपी डॉक्टर फरार हो गया। पुलिस को मामले की सूचना मिली और वे आक्रोशित परिवारों को समझाकर शांत कराया। मृतका की पहचान बरौली थाना क्षेत्र के रुपन छाप गांव निवासी विरेंद्र प्रसाद की पत्नी सुभांति देवी के रूप में हुई। उन्हें दलाल सदर अस्पताल से निजी अस्पताल ले गए थे। मामला नगर थाना क्षेत्र के अस्पताल मोड़ के पास के पास का है। इस मामले को गोरखपुर रेफर किया गया था।
