Attack on Woman in Madhepura
On Saturday evening near the Madhepura Sadar block office, unidentified criminals on a bike shot and injured a woman working in a finance company. The injured woman has been identified as Neha Kumari, wife of Vikas Kumar from the Jivachpur area of Gamhariya police station.
Details of the Incident
The woman works in the Green Field Microfinance Company in Rajpur, Madhepura. On Saturday evening, while returning home from the market, the criminals shot her in the neck from behind. Upon hearing the gunshot, locals informed the police and admitted the injured woman to Jan Nayak Karpuri Thakur Medical College for treatment.
Medical Treatment and Police Investigation
After receiving primary treatment, the woman was referred to the higher center due to her critical condition. The incident was immediately reported to the local police, and the Superintendent of Police, along with other officials, arrived at the medical college to investigate the matter. The police assured that all the culprits will soon be apprehended.
