Women from Jamshedpur Steel City associated with Rotary Club presented a proposal to Abhishek Singhal, the Regional Railway Manager of Tata Nagar, under the passenger facility on Wednesday.
The women highlighted the issues faced by passengers at the station and suggested various measures to improve the facilities and services for the commuters.
They proposed the installation of vending machines for water and snacks, improvement of waiting rooms, better sanitation facilities, and increased security measures at the station.
Abhishek Singhal appreciated the efforts of the women and assured them that their suggestions would be taken into consideration for the betterment of passenger services at Tata Nagar station.
