Youtuber Manish Kasyap to be Released from Jail after 9 Months
Youtuber Manish Kasyap, who has been in jail for the Tamil Nadu fake video case, has been granted bail in all the cases against him. Kasyap can now come out of jail at any moment. It should be noted that Kasyap’s case is related to a fake video uploaded on YouTube in March this year. The fake video claimed that Bihari migrant workers in Tamil Nadu were being attacked and were not safe in the state. Manish Kasyap, also known as Triprari Kumar Tiwari, is currently in Beur Jail in Patna and has been granted bail in all the cases by the Patna High and Civil Court.
Manish Kasyap’s Release Process Begins
Manish Kasyap will be released from jail on Saturday. Kasyap will be released from jail after 9 months. His release process has started. Kasyap’s brother has stated that he has already been granted bail in all the cases against him in Tamil Nadu. Now, he has also been granted bail in all the cases by the Patna High and Civil Court. However, there may be some delay in the release process due to some errors in the legal documents. According to jail sources, the production warrant from the Betiya Court is still pending. After the papers arrive from the Betiya Court, the release will be possible.
Supporters Gather Outside Beur Jail as Manish Kasyap’s Release News Surfaces
As news of Manish Kasyap’s release from Beur Jail in Patna emerged on Friday, a large number of his supporters gathered outside the jail. Kasyap’s brother has stated that he has also been granted bail by the Betiya Court. The Beur Jail administration is releasing Kasyap only after obtaining permission from the Chennai and Madurai courts. It should be noted that the Beur Jail administration had written letters to the Madurai and Chennai courts and jails regarding the release. Manish Kasyap is currently in Bihar jail. On November 10, the Madras High Court had cancelled the custody order against Kasyap. The court had also dismissed the charges filed against him under the NSA by the Tamil Nadu police.
