The weather department states that there will be a change in the western disturbances and rain is expected from January 31st to February 4th. In January, these regions experienced a rainfall deficiency of 99-100%, but the next week is expected to bring relief with scattered rain in these areas.

Rainfall Forecast for Various Regions: Sequel, a popular term for snowfall, may start in Kashmir today and continue until January 31st. Himachal Pradesh can expect rainfall on January 31st and February 1st, while Uttarakhand also has a chance of rain on the 31st. Punjab and Haryana may also experience strong winds amidst the rain. There is a possibility of good snowfall in mountainous areas on February 2nd and 3rd.

Relief from Cold, Increase in Minimum Temperature: The rainfall is expected to provide some relief with a decrease of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature. However, the weather department does not expect a significant disruption due to the rainfall. The foggy conditions in Delhi on Tuesday affected air and rail transportation.
