Delhi-NCR Metro: The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Noida Sector-142 to Sector-38A Botanical Garden Metro line has been approved. It was given approval in the board meeting of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) held on Wednesday. The line will have eight elevated metro stations. The DPR will now be presented in the board meeting of the Noida Authority for approval, after which it will be sent to the government for final approval.

NMRC Board Meeting: The 38th board meeting of the NMRC was held on Wednesday at the office located in Sector-29 Ganga Shopping Complex. The meeting was chaired by Shri Jayadeep (Executive Director, IT and OSD (UT) and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India). The officials of NMRC stated that the length of the line is 11.56 km. The estimated cost of operating the line is Rs 2,254.35 crore.
