Delhi Section 144: Delhi Police has issued an order that Section 144 will remain in effect in Delhi until February. In view of Republic Day, Delhi Police has also issued instructions. Delhi Police has ordered the imposition of Section 144 in the entire city from January 18 to February. During this time, activities such as paragliding, aircraft, microlight aircraft, hot air balloons, quadcopters, paramotors, hang gliders, UAVs, and USVs will also be prohibited. Small aircraft, remotely operated aircraft, paramotors, and parajumping will also be completely banned. This restriction will remain in effect until February.
After receiving orders from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Delhi Commissioner has issued this order. The Commissioner has prohibited paragliding, aircraft, microlight aircraft, hot air balloons, quadcopters, paramotors, hang gliders, UAVs, and USVs in the National Capital Region, as well as their online purchase. According to the Commissioner’s order, action will be taken against those who violate the section.
Delhi Commissioner Sanjay Arora has imposed Section 144 in Delhi-NCR from January 18 to February, which can be lifted later. This order was issued in January for the sake of security measures on Republic Day.
