Gurugram Rail Station Update: The Gurugram Nagar and Gram Niyojan Vibhag have proposed the formation of Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) for the operation of the metro in old Gurugram. This initiative aims to make metro transportation more accessible for the residents of Gurugram by constructing new stations in various locations. The stations to be built include Sector 45, Cyber Park, Sector 47, Subhash Chowk, Sector 48, Sector 72A, Hero Honda Chowk, Udyog Vihar Phase 6, Sector 10, Sector 37, Basai Village, Sector 9, 7, 4, 5, and Ashok Vihar. Additionally, Bajghera Road, Palam Vihar Extension, Palam Vihar, Sector 23A, Sector 22, Udyog Vihar Phase 4 and 5, and Cyber City Station will also be part of the metro network. This metro operation will provide convenience in commuting for the people of Gurugram.
Registration Office Location: As per the directions of Arun Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary of the Gurugram Nagar and Gram Niyojan Vibhag, the registered office of the company will be located in HSPCB Office, Sector 4, Panchkula. The initial contribution from the central and state governments will be 10-10 crore rupees each. Furthermore, the state government has proposed the appointment of five directors in the company, including the administrative secretaries of the Urban and Gram Niyojan Vibhag, Finance Department, Managing Director of Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC), CEO of GMDA, and Commissioner of Gurugram Nagar Nigam.

गुरुग्राम मेट्रो रेल लिमिटेड (जीएमआरएल) के गठन के बाद, गुरुग्राम के लोगों के लिए मेट्रो सुलभ हो जाएगी। इसके लिए पुराने गुरुग्राम क्षेत्र में मेट्रो स्टेशनों का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इसके लिए कंपनी की शुरुआती पूंजी कम से कम 20 करोड़ रुपये होगी। गुरूग्राम नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन विभाग के अतिरिक्त, पंजीकृत कार्यालय एचएसवीपी कार्यालय, सेक्टर 4, पंचकुला में स्थित होगा। केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की शुरुआती हिस्सेदारी 10-10 करोड़ रुपये होगी। इसके अलावा राज्य सरकार द्वारा कंपनी में पांच निदेशकों की नियुक्ति की गई है।
