Patna To Delhi By Road

Patna★Bakhtiyarpur Fourlane Road (NH 9222) will be connected to the Purvanchal Expressway through the construction of a bridge over the Ganges River. It will be completed in the next two years and will have a length of 17 km. Connecting directly from Bakhtiyarpur to the Purvanchal Expressway, the journey from Patna to Delhi will be possible in just eight hours, covering a distance of 950 km.

Approval for Patna-Delhi Road Route

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has approved the construction of a new three-lane bridge over the Ganges River between Bhaurali in Bihar and Hyderabad. The Greenfield Road in Bhankurkol will be connected to the Purvanchal Expressway, reducing travel time from Patna to Delhi via the road route. The project is estimated to cost 625.88 crores INR and has been in discussions for some time to provide connectivity to Bihar through the Purvanchal Expressway.

Continuation of the Project

The Patna-Bakhtiyarpur Fourlane Road (NH 9222) will be connected to the Purvanchal Expressway through the construction of a bridge over the Ganges River. It will be completed in the next two years and will have a length of 17 km. The Greenfield Road, spanning 17 kilometers between Bhankurkol and Hardiya on the eastern part of the Purvanchal Expressway, will provide connectivity to the expressway.

Reduced Travel Time

By directly connecting to Bakhtiyarpur on the Purvanchal Expressway, the journey from Patna to Delhi can be completed in just eight hours. The distance will be 950 km. Currently, the distance from Patna to Delhi via Banaras is 995 km, and the road from Patna to Lucknow is 483 km.

पटना से दिल्ली तक के सफर को कम समय में करने के लिए पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेस-वे को पटना से बक्सर के रास्ते जोड़ने की मंजूरी मिल गई है। इसके लिए गंगा नदी पर पुल का निर्माण कराया जाएगा जिससे यात्रा समय कम होगा। इस प्रोजेक्ट की लागत 6,25,88,00,000 रुपये है और इसे अगले दो साल में पूरा किया जायेगा। इससे पटना से दिल्ली तक का सफर महज आठ घंटे में संभव होगा और दूरी 950 किमी होगी।
