Yamuna Authority plans to develop residential, industrial, and logistic park sectors near Jewar Airport in Noida. The authority has sent a proposal to the district administration to acquire around 1500 hectares of land from 10 villages to establish these sectors. Additionally, 10% of the total compensation for the land will also be provided.
To complete the project, Yamuna Authority will purchase land for sectors 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11. These sectors include residential, industrial, warehousing, logistics, and institutional categories. The authority has submitted a proposal to the district administration to acquire land from 10 villages. 10% compensation will also be provided to expedite the process.
The CEO of Yamuna Authority, Dr. Arunvir Singh, stated that around 1500 hectares of land will be acquired for the development of residential, industrial, and logistic activities near Jewar Airport. The proposal has been sent to the district administration.
Yamuna Authority will not face any financial difficulties in purchasing the land as the government has allocated 1,500 crore rupees without interest. Previously, the authority received around 1800 crore rupees from the government. The condition is that the more money the government provides, the more the authority will have to invest. The acquisition of 1,500 hectares of land will cost approximately 3,000 crore rupees. The authority will prepare a land bank of 5,000 hectares in the next year, which will be sufficient for the next ten years.

यमुना प्राधिकरण ने जेवर हवाई अड्डे के पास आवासीय, औद्योगिक और लॉजिस्टिक पार्क के लिए 1500 हेक्टेयर जमीन खरीदने का प्रस्ताव जिला प्रशासन को भेजा है। इसके लिए 10 गांवों की जमीन खरीदी जाएगी और इन सेक्टरों में 10% मुआवजा भी दिया जाएगा। प्राधिकरण को इसके लिए 1500 करोड़ रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता मिली है और वह अगले एक साल में 5,000 हेक्टेयर का लैंड बैंक भी तैयार करेगा।
