Delhi High Court Orders Changes in Rajinikanth’s Film ‘Jailer’
The Delhi High Court has directed the producers of Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailer’ to ensure that the performance of the jersey of IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is not shown in any theater starting from 1st September. The film features a contract killer wearing this jersey. RCB Sports Private Limited had expressed their objection to this scene, following which the court issued this order. The hearing of this case was conducted by Justice Pratibha M Singh.

दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने ‘जेलर’ फिल्म के निर्माताओं को निर्देश दिया है कि 1 सितंबर से किसी भी थिएटर में आईपीएल टीम रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर (आरसीबी) की जर्सी का प्रदर्शन न करें। फिल्म में एक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट किलर नजर आ रहा है जो ये जर्सी पहना हुआ है। आईपीएल टीम ने इस पर आपत्ति जाहिर की थी और कोर्ट ने इस आदेश का निर्देश दिया है। फिल्म निर्माताओं के खिलाफ दायर इस मुकदमे की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति प्रतिभा एम सिंह ने की। इसके बाद फिल्म निर्माताओं और आईपीएल टीम ने समझौता किया है कि फिल्म में जर्सी वाले दृश्यों को बदल दिया जाएगा। इस बदलाव में आरसीबी की जर्सी पर मौजूद बेसिग रंगों और ब्रांडिंग को हटाया जाएगा। फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस पर भी अच्छी कमाई कर रही है।
