The Department of Youth, Employment and Skill Development in Bihar has launched a helpful initiative for workers planning to go abroad for employment. If you are looking for work in countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Kuwait, you can now receive free Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT). This training is mandatory for individuals traveling to 18 countries that require Emigration Check (ECR). The goal is to ensure workers understand their rights, labor laws, and the culture of the foreign country before they leave.
