What is the plan for Industrial Parks in Bihar?
The government is working on a comprehensive plan to establish a total of 95 industrial parks across the state to boost the local economy. Officials confirmed that 48 parks are already built and functional, providing space for various industries to operate. Construction work is currently active on 9 new parks, while 47 more are in the pipeline to be built in the coming years.
To ensure these factories run without power cuts, the administration is installing dedicated electricity feeders. Currently, 48 industrial areas have these dedicated power lines, and work is in progress for 9 more. Land acquisition is also being fast-tracked in Seemanchal, Mithilanchal, and Kosi regions to expand these industrial zones.
