Vishal Kumar, a resident of Chhapra, Bihar, has gained popularity for his foreign dish called “Momoj”. Located at Sahibganj Chowk, his stall is known for its delicious momos. The momos made by his shop, Maan Momos Bhandar, are famous for their taste, attracting people not only from the city but also from the entire district. The stall offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian momos from 4 pm to 10 pm.

Dhanu Kumar, the shop owner, uses homemade spices to prepare the momos, giving them a desi taste. The momos are made by adding cabbage, carrots, onions, beets, and beans to the stuffing. Apart from regular momos, the stall also serves fried momos with options like mutton, chicken, and vegetables. Chutney is also served with the momos.

The prices of the momos range from Rs 40 to Rs 100 per plate. Dhanu Kumar mentions that the homemade spices used in the momos make them taste delicious. Along with steamed momos, the stall also offers options like mutton, chicken, and vegetable momos. The plain momos are available at Rs 40 for a half plate and Rs 80 for a full plate. The fried momos are priced at Rs 50 for a plate and Rs 100 for a full plate. The stall witnesses daily sales of up to Rs 2,000.
