Chandigarh: Difficulty in finding government or even private jobs in today’s era has become as tough as finding a needle in a haystack in Haryana. However, slowly and steadily, with changing times, the transparency in government jobs is increasing and the time for slipping and expenses in jobs has come to an end. In the present time, whoever obtains good marks, will surely get a government job, meaning that jobs are being given to candidates based on their qualifications. Different applications for different jobs With this decision of the government, people will no longer have to fill separate forms for different jobs, and they will also get rid of the hassle of unnecessary fees. Now, they can take exams for different jobs through a single form and will not have to pay separate fees. The government’s decision has already provided employment to more than 100,000 youths this year, and in the future, thousands more will get jobs. Over 56,000 jobs in the pipeline this year, meaning more youths will get employment. The Khattar government has changed people’s perspective on this matter. Now, everyone is paying attention to education. Now, you don’t need to slip or spend money to get a government job, you just need to work hard. Only then will you get a job. To ensure transparency in government jobs, the interview process has been abolished for Group C and Group D recruitments. CM Manohar Lal Khattar said that the biggest facility for the youth is the one-time registration. The Haryana government has given special attention to transparency in all government jobs provided to the youth. Meaning, everyone has been given jobs based on their qualifications. Currently, the policy of the Haryana government is very clear, and the government is always working towards the upliftment and self-esteem of the youth. In this direction, the government has also announced the organization of 200 job fairs this year.
