17-Year-Old Student Murdered, Body Dumped in Jungle
According to information received, the student Indradev had been missing from home since last evening. His body was found this morning under a bridge. It is being reported that he was brutally murdered by unknown criminals with sharp weapons. The culprits threw the body in a tree about 150 meters south of the bridge after committing the murder. The incident came to light when some people were out for a walk and noticed the body in a deserted condition.
News Spreads Across the Region
After the news spread, a firestorm of outrage swept through the entire area. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Bhitthamod SHO Ravikant Kumar and other police forces, including the company in charge of the armed border security force, reached the scene. After investigation, the body was taken into custody. The body has been sent to Sitamarhi Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. In this regard, Bhitthamod SHO Ravikant Kumar stated that strict action is being taken to identify the reasons for the murder and apprehend the criminals.
Perpetrators Still at Large
Currently, the unknown criminals are still at large from police custody. Police are conducting raids in various places to arrest the criminals. It is said that the deceased’s father runs a paan shop to support the family. According to sources, the deceased was addicted to drugs.
