UPSC CSE Free Coaching at Jamia Millia Islamia
31 candidates who prepared for the UPSC exam at the free residential coaching academy of Jamia Millia Islamia have become IAS-IPS officers this year. Similar free coaching programs for UPSC are also being conducted at central universities like Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University.
Initiative by Dr. Ambedkar Foundation and Ministry of Social Justice
Other central universities in the country also offer free UPSC coaching under the Dr. Ambedkar Foundation and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment initiative that started in 2022. This coaching is provided to candidates belonging to SC and OBC categories for the UPSC and state civil service exams.
Eligibility and Selection Process for Free Coaching
The Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence Scheme at central universities offers free UPSC coaching to youth belonging to SC and OBC categories. Candidates must be between 21 to 37 years of age to be eligible. Selection for the free coaching program is done through an entrance exam conducted by each university, with questions similar to UPSC Prelims.
जामिया मिल्लिया इस्लामिया की फ्री आवासीय कोचिंग एकेडमी से यूपीएससी की तैयारी करने वाले 31 कैंडिडेट इस साल भी IAS-IPS बने हैं। इसके अलावा, देश की अन्य सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटीज में भी यूपीएससी की फ्री कोचिंग का इनीशिएटिव लिया जा रहा है, जिसमें एडमिशन लेकर यूपीएससी की तैयारी की जा सकती है। इसके लिए योग्यता और सेलेक्शन प्रक्रिया की जानकारी दी गई है।
