**Dead body of Aarti Devi found in Vaishali, Bihar**

In the Mahua Thana area of Vaishali, Bihar, the body of a woman was found in suspicious circumstances in a house in Bhadvas village. The entire village was shocked by this incident. As soon as the information of the incident was received, people gathered around the scene. The villagers then informed the Mahua Thana police about the incident. Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and took the body into custody and sent it to Hajipur Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

The deceased woman has been identified as Aarti Devi (20), the wife of Santosh Kumar, a resident of Bhadvas village. Upon receiving information about the incident, the relatives of the deceased woman reached her home. The relatives have accused the husband and in-laws of the deceased woman of strangling her to death.

**Background of the Incident**

According to information, Vimal Kishor Rai, a resident of Baban Ghat in Mahua Thana area, had married his daughter Aarti Kumari to Santosh Kumar, a resident of Bhadvas village, in accordance with Hindu customs a year ago. It was alleged that after the marriage, the groom’s family demanded a Bullet bike multiple times and physically abused Aarti’s husband and his family for not fulfilling the demand.

**Police Investigation**

The Mahua Thana police have stated that the body of the bride from Bhadvas village has been recovered. The body has been sent to the Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. No written complaint has been filed in this case. Action will be taken upon receiving a complaint.
