Accident on NH 28 Kant Overbridge in Muzaffarpur: Two goods vehicles collided with each other on the Kant Overbridge in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The accident occurred in the morning amidst dense fog. Both drivers of the vehicles sustained injuries in the collision. Due to the accident, traffic on the lane was disrupted for nearly an hour.
Reason for the accident: Rakesh Yadav, the ASI of Kanti Police Station, stated that the accident occurred due to the dense fog. The visibility was extremely low, which resulted in the collision between the two vehicles.
Injured drivers: Both drivers of the goods vehicles were injured in the accident. The extent of their injuries is yet to be determined. They have been taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Traffic disruption: The accident caused a disruption in traffic flow for approximately an hour. The lane on the Kant Overbridge was closed during the investigation and clearance of the accident site. Commuters faced delays and congestion due to the accident.
