Accident on Patna-Bihta Main Road

On Saturday morning, a severe collision occurred between two cars near Koilwar Bridge on the Patna-Bihta main road. The collision was so intense that two young men lost their lives on the spot, while several others were injured. All the injured have been referred to Patna for treatment. After the incident, there was chaos at the scene for quite some time. Police officials from various stations, including the Bihta police station in charge, arrived at the scene to investigate the matter.

Police Investigation Underway

The Deputy Superintendent of Police in Danapur, Ms. Dixit, stated that two people died in the head-on collision of the cars, while seven others were injured. The cause of the incident could be speeding. The police are currently investigating the matter. The injured have been admitted to the hospital, while the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem.

Details of the Accident

It is reported that on Saturday, a car speeding from Patna towards Ara collided with another car coming from Ara at high speed near Parev village close to Koilwar Bridge. The impact of the collision was so severe that nine people in the cars were badly injured. Two people died on the spot. Villagers who witnessed the incident informed the Bihta police station. The police immediately arrived at the scene and began rescue and relief operations. All the injured have been referred to Patna for treatment.
