बेतिया में सड़क हादसा में घायल होने की घटना के बाद इलाज के दौरान एक युवक की मौत हो गई। मौत के बाद परिजनों ने शव को दफना दिया लेकिन उसके बाद अब फिर परिजनों ने शव को कब्र से निकलवाया है। अब परिजनों का कहना है कि एक ऑडियो वायरल हो रहा है जिसके अनुसार ऐसा लगता है कि उसकी हत्या की गई है। घटना मुफस्सिल थाना क्षेत्र के सनसरैया गांव की है। मृतक सनसरैया निवासी मो. अख्तर देवान का पुत्र फैयाज आलम (20) है।
पहले बताया गया दुर्घटना
परिजनों का कहना है कि 22 अगस्त की रात फैयाज बाइक से किसी काम के सिलसिले में बेतिया जा रहा था। रास्ते में बड़ी नहर के पास वह घायल अवस्था में मिला। स्थानीय लोगों ने परिजनों को बताया कि ऐसा लगता है कि फैयाज का एक्सीडेंट हो गया है, वह बड़ी नहर के पास घायल अवस्था में पड़ा हुआ है। इस बात की सूचना मिलते ही परिजन घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और तत्काल उसका इलाज कराने के लिए उसे गोरखपुर लेकर चले गये, जहां 29 अगस्त को इलाज के दौरान उसकी मौत हो गई। परिजनों ने 30 अगस्त को फैयाज की लाश को दफन कर दिया था। इसी बीच बुधवार की देर शाम आरोपियों का एक ऑडियो वायरल होने लगा, जिसके आधार पर पुलिस अब कार्रवाई कर रही है।
ग्रामीणों ने बताई दूसरी कहानी
घटना के संबंध में ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि फैयाज 22 अगस्त को जब बेतिया जा रहा था तब बड़ी नहर के पास उसी के गांव की मिट्टी लदे ट्रैक्टर पर सवार लोगों से ट्रैक्टर को साइड करने की बात को लेकर बहस हो गई। इसी क्रम में बात बढ़ते बढ़ते मारपीट तक पहुंच गई और फिर ट्रैक्टर पर सवार लोगों एवं ट्रैक्टर चालक ने फैयाज पर कुदाल से हमला कर दिया जिसमें फैयाज घायल हो गया। आननफानन में ट्रैक्टर पर सवार लोगों ने फैयाज को वहीं घायल अवस्था में छोड़कर फरार हो गये। कुछ देर बाद ग्रामीणों ने घटना की सूचना परिजनों को दी।

According to the family, on the night of August 22, Faiyaz was traveling to Bettiah on a bike for some work when he met with the accident near a big canal. Local people informed the family that it seemed like Faiyaz had met with an accident and was lying injured near the canal. Upon receiving the information, the family rushed to the spot and immediately took him to Gorakhpur for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries on August 29. The family had buried Faiyaz’s body on August 30. However, an audio clip started circulating on Wednesday evening, based on which the police are now investigating the matter.
However, villagers have a different version of the incident. They claim that on August 22, when Faiyaz was traveling to Bettiah, there was an argument with some people riding a tractor loaded with soil from his village near the canal. The argument escalated and turned into a physical altercation, during which the people on the tractor attacked Faiyaz with a spade, causing him injuries. In the chaos, the people on the tractor left Faiyaz in the injured state and fled the scene. The villagers informed Faiyaz’s family about the incident after some time.
