**Incident of Lawyer’s Murder in Begusarai**
In Begusarai, criminals brutally murdered a lawyer in broad daylight. The reason behind this heinous act was that the lawyer refused to pay a bribe of two lakh rupees. Upon his refusal, the criminals attacked him with a kulhadi (axe) and brutally killed him. This incident caused panic in the area, creating an atmosphere of fear in the village. The incident took place in the Mirzapur Deeh area of the Baliya police station.
**Lawyer was on his way to Court**
The deceased lawyer has been identified as Niranjn Kumar Mahato, son of Vishnu Dev Mahato from the Mirzapur Deeh area of the Baliya police station. Relatives revealed that local criminals were demanding a forced payment of two lakh rupees as a bribe. A few days before the incident, Niranjn had sold his land and was then asked to pay the bribe. On the morning he was getting ready to go to the Baliya Sub-Divisional Court, two criminals arrived and brutally murdered him with an axe.
**Murder by Criminals with an Axe**
Upon receiving information about the incident, the police from the Baliya police station reached the scene and began investigating the case. The victim, Niranjn, was a lawyer who worked actively in the Baliya Sub-Divisional Court. Former Secretary of the Lawyer’s Association, Amrendra Kumar Amar, stated that the lawyer had been murdered. The district administration has been urged to arrest the criminals. Failure to do so may result in a protest by lawyers on the roads in the near future.
**Investigation Underway**
The police are currently investigating the entire case to bring the culprits to justice. Niranjn, the victim, was a lawyer who was actively practicing in the Baliya Sub-Divisional Court. The Bar Association has condemned the murder and demanded the immediate arrest of the criminals. If the police fail to apprehend the culprits, lawyers may resort to protests on the streets in the coming days.
