Banka: Youth Struggle for Employment After Completing Studies
After completing their studies, many young people in Banka start looking for jobs. Some prepare for government jobs, while others wander in search of better-paying jobs. While some young people are successful in obtaining government jobs through hard work, others feel disappointed. Most youth become hopeless when they do not find a job.
Shivam’s Journey from Unemployment to Success
One such youth from Banka, Shivam, faced a similar situation. After completing his graduation, he struggled to find a job for many years. Without losing hope, he started making notebooks after learning from YouTube. However, he needed 10 lakh rupees for this venture and had to wait for a year due to a lack of funds. With the help of a friend and a loan from the Industries Department, Shivam started making notebooks in 2021. He now supplies notebooks in Banka, Bhagalpur, and Munger, earning a good income.
Providing Employment Opportunities to Others
Shivam revealed that they manufacture more than a dozen quality copies here. They source raw materials for making notebooks from Patna. They make copies ranging from 5 to 50 rupees. Initially, they did all the work from making notebooks to sales themselves. But as the demand increased, they hired people and now provide employment to workers who earn 7,000 rupees per month. The notebook business is rapidly growing, with an annual income exceeding 7 lakhs.
बांका के युवा शिवम ने ग्रेजुएशन की पढ़ाई के बाद सरकारी नौकरी की तलाश में बहुत साल तक मेहनत की, लेकिन सफलता नहीं मिलने पर उन्होंने नोटबुक बनाने का काम शुरू किया। 10 लाख की जरूरत के बावजूद उन्होंने यूट्यूब से सीखकर इस काम में हाथ डाला और अब बांका सहित भागलपुर और मुंगेर में अच्छी कमाई कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कॉपियों की बेहतर गुणवत्ता और विविधता के साथ मार्केट में अच्छे प्रदर्शन करने का सफलता प्राप्त किया है।
