Begusarai: Hub of Industries in Bihar
Begusarai, known as the industrial city of Bihar, is witnessing the establishment of several industries in addition to other districts. This provides a golden opportunity for ITI pass candidates to find employment. Despite job vacancies being continuously released from Pepsi plants to fertilizer factories to provide employment to Bihar’s youth, they are still struggling to find jobs.
Initiatives to Enhance Skills for Employment
Representatives of these industries believe that Bihar’s ITI pass students lack skills, making it difficult to provide employment opportunities. As a result, Bihar has established Bihar Kaushal Mission centers in Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Jamui to train ITI pass candidates and make them skilled. This year, an RTD center is also being opened in Begusarai to further enhance the skills of ITI pass candidates.
Financial Assistance and Training Opportunities
The Begusarai district planning officer, Rana Amitesh, revealed that the Bihar Kaushal Mission plan is opening an RTD center in Begusarai to address the lack of skills among Bihar’s children. This center will work towards providing employment to ITI pass candidates by offering training and financial assistance ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 30,000. The district planning office will continue its efforts to ensure employment opportunities for the youth.
बिहार के बेगूसराय जिले में आरटीडी सेंटर की स्थापना के माध्यम से आईटीआई पास अभ्यर्थियों को रोजगार का सुनहरा मौका उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। इस केंद्र में ट्रेनिंग सेशन के साथ ही आर्थिक मदद भी मिलेगी जिससे युवाओं को नौकरी के अवसर मिल सकें। इस पहल के माध्यम से रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास जारी रहेगा।
