Drawbacks of Milk

Lactose intolerance affects a majority of the population in India, as lactase, the enzyme needed to digest lactose, is produced in limited quantities. This leads to digestive issues and bloating when consuming milk and dairy products. For individuals with lactose intolerance, it is recommended to consume milk in limited quantities, preferably at night, and consider consuming yogurt as an alternative.
