During the Bihar Intermediate Examination, many candidates were not allowed entry at several centers due to their late arrival. In protest, some candidates attempted to break the walls of the examination centers. The Bihar Board has taken strict action against those who tried to damage the walls of the examination centers, by banning them from taking the exams for two years. There will be no entry for candidates who arrive late, and they will not be allowed to take the exams under any circumstances. Those who attempted to break the walls of the examination centers and arrived late will be expelled from the exams for two years, and their priority will also be downgraded.

The Bihar Board has informed that damaging the walls of examination centers is a criminal act and it affects the smooth conduct of exams without any malpractice. The Examination Committee has directed that if any Center Superintendent allows latecomers to sit for the exams, legal action will be taken against them. The Bihar School Examination Committee has issued instructions for all students to arrive at the examination centers by 9 am for the first session of the exam. Similarly, students appearing for the second session have been informed to arrive at the examination centers by 1:30 pm.

In Bhagalpur, during the Intermediate Examination, there was an uproar caused by candidates who arrived late at the examination center. The District Administration has taken note of the matter and ordered action against those found guilty. All Center Superintendents have been instructed to take action against candidates who create a disturbance during the exams as per the Bihar Examination Conduct Act of 1981. In Gopalganj, on the third day of the Intermediate Examination, a strange scene was witnessed at the VM Inter College Examination Center. Late-arriving students climbed the gate and entered the center, with the help of their parents. A female police officer slapped a female student, which led to angry parents creating a commotion. To control the situation, the police had to resort to using force. Videos of students climbing the gate and police using batons have gone viral on social media.

Overall, the Bihar Intermediate Examination has witnessed incidents of candidates arriving late and causing disturbances at examination centers. The Bihar Board has taken strict action against those involved in damaging the walls of examination centers and has implemented measures to prevent late arrivals. The authorities have emphasized the importance of adhering to the specified timings and have warned of legal consequences for those who create disturbances during the exams.

बिहार इंटर परीक्षा के दौरान कई सेंटरों पर परीक्षार्थियों को लेट से पहुंचने के कारण एंट्री नहीं दी गयी तो उन्होंने परीक्षा केंद्र की चहारदीवारी फांदने का प्रयास किया। इसके बाद बिहार बोर्ड ने ऐसे परीक्षार्थियों पर कार्रवाई की और उन्हें दो साल तक परीक्षा से वंचित कर दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही देर से सेंटर पहुंचने वाले परीक्षार्थियों को कोई राहत नहीं मिलेगी। बिहार बोर्ड ने यह भी निर्देश दिया है कि यदि किसी केंद्राधीक्षक द्वारा देर से पहुंचने वाले विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति दी जाती है, तो उन्हें निलंबित कर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जायेगी। इसके साथ ही ऐसे विद्यार्थियों पर प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज करायी जायेगी। इसी तरह गोपालगंज में भी कुछ परीक्षार्थियों ने दीवार फांदकर प्रवेश करने की कोशिश की, जिसके बाद पुलिसकर्मियों को मामले को नियंत्रित करने के लिए लाठी भांजनी करनी पड़ी।
