Weather Update in Bihar
The official farewell to winter from Sachidanand, Patna, Bihar has taken place. February 29 marked the last day of the cold season, despite the entire month of February witnessing wintry rainfall. A 29% deficiency rate was recorded despite the cold snap in January leaving people troubled. Today marks the first day of March, with a significant change in the weather expected. Dr. Shailendra Kumar Patel from the Meteorological Center stated that the beginning of the new month will resemble pre-monsoon weather.

The month between March and May is known as the pre-monsoon season, also referred to as the summer season. During this month, temperatures typically rise.
Upcoming Rainfall in Bihar
Starting from March, the onset of summer is expected. However, this time there has been a delayed snowfall in the mountains. The most impactful Western Disturbance is slowly progressing, leading to the appearance of clouds in the Bihar sky. There is a possibility of light rain between March 2nd and 4th due to strong northwesterly winds. While the temperature is currently under control, the onset of summer is expected after the rain.
सच्चिदानंद, पटना से ठंड की आधिकारिक विदाई हो गई है। फरवरी के आखिरी दिन के साथ शीत ऋतु का समापन हुआ। बिहार में भारी बारिश के बावजूद आधिकारिक रूप से 29 फीसदी की कमी दर्ज की गई। अब मार्च के पहले दिन से मौसम में बड़ा बदलाव होने की संभावना है, जिससे गर्मी की शुरुआत हो सकती है। आज से 05 मार्च तक बिहार के अनेक जिलों में बारिश की संभावना है और वज्रपात का अलर्ट भी जारी किया गया है। तापमान में उतार-चढ़ाव की संभावना है, जिससे गर्मी का मौसम शुरू होने की संकेत मिल रहा है।
