The district president of BJP, Krishna Agrawal, has filed an FIR against the MLA of Baghmara and BJP candidate from Dhanbad Lok Sabha constituency, Dulal Mahato, accusing him of threatening. This is because Krishna Agrawal opposed Dulal Mahato’s candidacy.
Complaint and FIR
Bardadda police in-charge Sunil Kumar Ravi informed the media that an FIR has been filed against Dulal Mahato and Prince Khan based on Krishna Agrawal’s complaint. The former BJP leader Krishna Agrawal stated that Prince Khan threatened him not to oppose Dulal Mahato’s candidacy through an audio clip.
Letter to Police
Krishna Agrawal, the district president of Marwai Sammelan, wrote a letter to the senior police superintendent stating that Prince Khan and his goons could attack him and his family under Dulal Mahato’s instructions.
Press Conference
During a press conference, Krishna Agrawal and former Jamshedpur MLA Sarayu Rai opposed Dulal Mahato’s candidacy, citing several criminal cases against him. After the FIR was filed, the BJP candidate demanded a forensic investigation into the matter, claiming that an audio clip was released to defame him.
