BJP leader Giriraj Singh has stated that whether Lalu Yadav creates a Muslim-Yadav (MY) equation or a father-son equation in the upcoming elections, it will not make any difference. The people of India have already shown their support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will continue to do so. Singh made these remarks in response to questions about the issue of caste-based census, which has resurfaced after the formation of a new government. He dismissed the idea that Lalu and Tejashwi Yadav will focus on the MY equation in the upcoming elections.
Singh further stated that the people of India are focused on development and do not care about caste-based politics. The people have always shown their support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will continue to trust him in the future. He also criticized Tejashwi Yadav for using offensive language against the people of Gujarat and then apologizing. Singh called such people divisive and accused them of trying to undermine democracy and engage in corruption.
In addition, Singh dismissed the idea that Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav holding joint rallies would have any significant impact. He pointed out that Akhilesh Yadav also held rallies in Uttar Pradesh, but it did not change anything. The people of Bihar are aligned with Narendra Modi and such rallies will not make a difference.
Singh also targeted Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, accusing him and other Congress leaders of trying to promote Rahul Gandhi but failing to succeed. He stated that their frustration is evident as they are unable to counter Prime Minister Modi’s statements effectively.
Furthermore, Singh emphasized that if one wants a guarantee of progress, they should understand that Modi has delivered on his promises. The provision of toilets and gas cylinders to the poor, as well as all the development work done, are a testament to Modi’s guarantee. He reiterated that people still have faith in Modi and that is his biggest guarantee.
On another note, Singh commented on Sonia Gandhi’s nomination for the Rajya Sabha, stating that she seems tired. Despite being the biggest leader of the Congress, if she has chosen to contest the Rajya Sabha elections, then he wishes her the best.
