The Raj Bhavan in Bihar received a threat of being bombed via email, leading to the Bihar Police being on high alert. The CID and Bomb Disposal Squad arrived at the Raj Bhavan but found nothing suspicious. A special team of Bihar Police is now searching for the culprits behind the threat. Security measures have been increased in and around the Raj Bhavan premises.

Following the bomb threat, the City SP revealed that the information was a hoax after investigation. An FIR has been registered at the cyber police station and efforts are being made to trace the sender of the threatening email. The Raj Bhavan and offices of other departments operating there were found to be safe after the initial scare. The Bihar Police team continues to investigate the matter.

In a separate incident, over 100 schools in Delhi, Noida, and the NCR region received bomb threats via email. Schools including DPS, Mother Mary, and Amity among others were targeted. The emails were received in the morning, prompting the schools to immediately inform the police. The police, bomb squad, dog squad, and fire brigade teams were deployed to the schools.

Overall, the threats to the Raj Bhavan and schools in Delhi-NCR region have been found to be false alarms after thorough investigations. The authorities are taking necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of these locations in light of the recent threats. The police are actively working to identify and apprehend those responsible for sending the threatening emails.
