Central Home Minister Amit Shah honored BSF officer Anupam Kumar with a Police Gallantry Medal today. Anupam Kumar, who resides in Patna, is an officer of the Border Security Force (BSF). This honor was bestowed upon him on the occasion of the 59th establishment day of the BSF. A parade program was organized in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, to commemorate the establishment day, which was attended by Amit Shah. He personally honored brave officers and soldiers during the event.

Anupam Kumar’s residence is located near Lohia Park in the capital city. Currently, he is the commander of the 23rd battalion of the BSF, and his posting is at the Pakistan border in Anupgarh, Rajasthan. Previously, he was posted in Patna.
