In Gaya district of Bihar, a model stadium is being constructed in Naxal-affected and remote rural areas. This stadium will have facilities for various sports like kho-kho, kabaddi, long jump, high jump, basketball, badminton, volleyball, running track, and football.

The construction of such a stadium will help in nurturing the talent of rural youth and provide them with opportunities to showcase their skills at the state as well as national level. The inauguration of a model stadium in Khijarsarai block of Gaya district has already been done, setting an example for other areas.

With the development of model stadiums in 20 blocks of Gaya, Bihar is set to witness a sports revolution. The efforts of the Deputy Development Commissioner of Gaya have played a crucial role in making this project a reality. The cost of building the model stadium is approximately 20 lakh rupees, highlighting the government’s commitment to promoting sports in rural areas and creating a platform for rural youth to excel nationally and internationally.
गया जिले के नक्सल प्रभावित और सुदूरवर्ती ग्रामीण इलाकों में मॉडल स्टेडियम का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है, जिसमें खो-खो, कबड्डी, लॉन्ग जंप, हाई जंप, बास्केटबॉल, बैडमिंटन, वॉलीबॉल, रनिंग ट्रेक, फुटबॉल खेलने की व्यवस्था होगी। यह स्टेडियम ग्रामीण युवाओं के लिए नई संभावनाएं प्रस्तुत करेगा और उन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान बनाने में मदद करेगा। इस मॉडल स्टेडियम को बनाने में लगभग 20 लाख रुपए की लागत आई है और पूरे बिहार में इसका विस्तार होगा। इससे ग्रामीण इलाकों के युवाओं को खेल के क्षेत्र में नई उम्मीदें मिलेंगी।
