A 14-year-old boy from Sahibganj Bangra Nizamat, Muzaffarpur, revealed that a student from his village was talking to his friend’s sister, which led to a violent altercation. The perpetrator, a student from a specific community, asked for a knife from his grandfather and then stabbed the victim in the back. After the incident, the attacker left the injured student at his doorstep and falsely accused his own mother of the attack.
Arrest of the Assailant
Following the incident, enraged locals apprehended the accused student and handed him over to the police. The Station House Officer explained that the injured student’s mother claimed that he stabbed the victim in a dispute over playing marbles, while the injured student mentioned the altercation was due to the girl’s conversation. The police are currently interrogating the accused student, who will then be taken to a juvenile correction facility, as he was preparing to take his matriculation exams.
