On the occasion of Mouni Amavasya, a large crowd of devotees has gathered at the Ganga Ghat in Buxar. People have arrived early in the morning to take a silent bath in the Ganges during the auspicious Brahma Muhurta. The district administration has increased security at the ghat in order to manage the gathering. The temple committee has also issued a warning to women to be cautious of thieves and chain snatchers.

मंदिर में श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ जुटी हुई है। लोग मौन होकर ब्रम्हांमुहर्त से हीं गंगा स्नान के लिए गंगा घाट पर पहुंचे हैं। इसके साथ हीं, जिला प्रशासन द्वारा घाट पर सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था भी की गई है। मंदिर समिति ने महिलाओं को चोरों और चैन स्नेचर से सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी है। इसके अलावा, बक्सर के प्रसिद्ध रामरेखा मंदिर में भी भक्तों की भीड़ देखी जा रही है।
