Tejashwi Yadav, former Deputy CM of Bihar and RJD leader, was questioned by the ED for approximately 8 hours on Tuesday regarding the land-for-job scam. After the questioning ended, Tejashwi Yadav left the ED office and his party supporters cheered for him. CISF personnel present at the scene also took selfies with him. Earlier questioning of Lalu Prasad Yadav:
In the same case, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav’s father and RJD supremo, was questioned by officials of the investigation agency for more than 9 hours on Monday. The CBI and ED have been investigating the land-for-job scam, which has also involved other politicians. The ED had recently issued a fresh summons to former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his younger son Tejashwi Yadav for questioning.
Allegations against BJP:
RJD MP Manoj Jha recently accused the BJP of using central investigation agencies against opposition parties out of fear. He claimed that the BJP is targeting opposition parties through the misuse of agencies like the ED, CBI, and Income Tax Department. RJD MLC Shakti Singh Yadav also claimed that it is well known that Tejashwi Yadav was a minor at the time of the alleged scam.
पटना में पिछले मंगलवार को राजद नेता और पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम तेजस्वी यादव से ईडी द्वारा लैंड फॉर जॉब स्कैम मामले में 8 घंटे तक पूछताछ की गई। पूछताछ के बाद जब तेजस्वी यादव ईडी कार्यालय से बाहर निकले तो उनके समर्थकों ने उनका स्वागत नारेबाजी करते हुए उनकी तस्वीरें और सेल्फी खींची। इस मामले का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है। राजद ने अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर हैंडल से इस वीडियो को शेयर करते हुए अपने विरोधियों को आड़े हाथों लिया है। पहले भी राजद सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद और उनके पुत्र तेजस्वी यादव से इस मामले में जांच एजेंसियों ने पूछताछ की थी।
